![]() ![]() Luigi Pirandello was born in Caos, near Girgenti, on the island of Sicily, which was to be the inspiration of his writings. Who was Sancho Panza? Who was Prospero? Pirandello’s tragic farces are often seen as forerunners for theatre of the absurd.
